Crew Rules/Regulations

Each racer must be accompanied by their own support crew.

All racers and crew must sign a waiver upon check-in.

All racers and all crew members must sign the Accident Waiver and Release of Liability / Release of Name and Likeness.

As taken from the Waiver, which one must agree to when registering, you must “…have crew for the entire race and a pacer during non-daylight hours.” Safety first…and always.

RUNNERS MUST HAVE A PACER DURING NON-DAYLIGHT HOURS.  NO exceptions!  This pacer must NOT be another racer.  Two participants running in pairs does not constitute a pacer.

REFLECTIVE AND BLINKING GEAR: All runners must display a minimum of satisfactory reflective vests and blinking lights – which will be worn and utilized by the runner and crew during nighttime periods of the race. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Runners must not run abreast with other runners or with pacers.  All running must be single-file while on highways/roads.  Pacers may not run in front of race entrants at any time.

Crew members may not use illegal drugs, stimulants, or dope, as well as alcohol of any kind, during the race or at any official race events or activities.
