Below are useful documents and information as you prepare yourself and your runner for The 100 Mile Endurance Challenge (EC100). This is by no means an exhaustive list, so if you see something you think we should add, let us know and we will do our best.
There is a group of people who are just as much a part of an ultramarathon and play a crucial supportive role. They may not be on center stage but without them the runner may not even successfully finish. They are simply known as crew.
It’s not a glamorous job. A crew member’s reason for being is to cater to a runner’s logistical, physical, and emotional needs. This file provides an outline of the information that you can download and pass to your crew team. It contains the the physical address for each station, substation and meet me location as well as other important information.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS. The ultimate goal for these driving directions is to have you as close as possible to your runner as you journey toward each Meet-Me, Sub Station, or Mandatory Check-in station. We will avoid freeways/detours whenever possible, but there are times that it is the only way to get somewhere by vehicle. Information provided is believed correct and true to the best of our ability, however, we are not responsible for road closures or detours.
At this time, these are FINALIZED directions. To report any errors found on training runs or trial drives, please contact us here.
